You would take pictures of me. All the time. You said you wanted to capture every emotion I ever expressed and I would tell you to put the camera away. You would pretend to, and then take a picture of me. My "exasperated" look, you called it.
You would take my hand in yours when you saw the goosebumps on my arm. My hands were always freezing, and I told you to buy me gloves but you preferred to warm them yourself.
You would call me at night and read me Pablo Neruda poems in Spanish, because he is my favorite poet and I love foreign languages. You butchered it, by the way, but n


EternityA single tear ran down his face. He couldn't believe she was gone. The one he cherished. If only he could have told her, before she was confined in that box for forever. He had loved her sice the moment he saw her. Which was in the sixth grade. Now he was 22, in college, and best friends with her. They were always there for each other, lending a shoulder when the other was in need. Now where was shoulder when he needed it? He remembered how jealous he felt when she told him about the other man she was seeing. No one was good enough for her! Not even he, himself. Which was why he never told her.Eternity
